The Fall of a Rebel Angel is the eighth studio album by Enigma, released on November 11, 2016. Created and produced by Michael Cretu, the album marks a conceptual return, combining music with a narrative written by Michael Kunze and featuring narration and guest vocals throughout.
Concept & Themes
The album tells the story of a symbolic spiritual journey of redemption, transformation, and inner rebirth. It features collaborations with artists such as Anggun, Aquilo, and Mark Josher, and offers 12 chapters, each representing a stage in the protagonist’s fall and redemption.
